The central point for information on, and management of, the European certification schemes is the EEPCA office in Paris

 

The functions of the office

The main functions of the Office are:

  • performing the secretariat functions for the statutory bodies of the EEPCA membership association: Board of Directors, Ordinary and Extraordinary General Assemblies.
  • performing all secretariat functions for the European Certification Schemes which are recognised within the scope of the Association.
  • performing the secretariat functions for the European Certification System.
  • organising the yearly European Certification Meetings.
  • publishing a body of Permanent and Operational Documents governing the functioning of the Certification Schemes.
  • maintaining the archives of the Certification Schemes.
  • managing the websites and databases of The European Certification System.

The permanent staff

EEPCA employs a permanent full-time staff of three:

  • Secretary-General: Mr Nils Kleinjan
  • Technical Officer: Mr Gilles Roy 
  • Administrative Assistant: Mrs Olga Martynova
